Strengths

Weaknesses

  • More often then not I choose healthy or healthier options

  • I do not eat out a lot

  • I usually choose foods that are rich sources, not empty calories

  • Some days I forget to eat certain meals because I am too involved in activities (such as homework or projects, studying, etc.)

  • To make up for the days I skip meals the next day I will eat a little more than I should so that my body is not starved

  • When my water bottle runs out of water it is sometimes difficult to find places to fill it up
